Water Aid for Cambodia installs high quality machine drilled hand pumping wells, (30 meters deep, approximately 100 feet) and are shelled with star stone around the plastic tubing and lining of the well to ensure no polluted water can get thru. All wells are checked on a scheduled basis- and all systems have a five (5) year warranty. The cost of a well is $400.00 and includes water filter which provides clean drinking water, and from our experience in the field have realized that previous wells that have been installed have provided irrigation for vegetable gardens, bathing and laundry.

WATER AID FOR CAMBODIA is a public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law exclusively for charitable purposes. Its specific purposes are to provide water wells, sanitary waste disposal and other public infrastructure for inhabitants of Cambodia and other Southeast Asian countries.
